Clean Up at Neasden Recreation Ground. Part of the Great British Spring Clean

Join Thames21 to spruce up the Welsh Harp around  Neasden Recreation Ground and learn why plastic pollution is such a problem. The Welsh Harp is a very important Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI), however high amounts of littler damage the habitats which made the Welsh Harp a SSSI. Our task is to remove all of the plastic litter damaging this amazing landscape.

Help to create an inviting space for people and wildlife and improve your understanding of rivers, plants and animals at the same time. This event is part of the Great British Spring Clean.

All welcome and all equipment will be provided. Under 16’s need to be accompanied by a responsible adult.   Please bring a packed lunch. Tea and Coffee will be provided.  Meeting in the car park off Aboyne Road inside of Neasden Rec
