Thames clean: at the RSPB nature reserve, Purfleet
March 3 @ 10:00 am - 1:00 pm| Free
Join us at the Spring Clean at RSPB Rainham Marshes nature reserve in partnership with the RSPB and the Purfleet Community Forum.
As part of the Great British Spring Clean volunteers are invited to join in a clean up of the salt marshes at the RSPB’s Rainham nature reserve.
Thames21 will provide wellington boots, gloves, litter pickers and bags. Just bring your energy and enthusiasm to help clean the flotsam and jetsam of plastic litter from the River Thames. Plastic litter blights this area every time there is a high tide. Let’s get together to tackle it!
Meet at 10am outside the Visitor Centre.
There is parking available in the car park at RSPB Rainham Marshes Nature Reserve, New Tank Hill Road, Purfleet, Essex RM19 1ZX
