Action for Silk Stream – Watling Park Walking Group

Walking has lots of health benefits. It can help to manage your weight, tone your muscles, improve your cardiovascular fitness and also increase your energy levels & improve your mood!
NEW for 2024, come and join our FREE short, friendly social walks EVERY Wednesday at 11am – any age and ability welcome.
Discover your local park and make new friends. Start walking today and experience the difference it can make in your life!
No booking needed – meet Geraldine the walk leader at the Orange Hill entrance (HA8 0LX) to Watling Park at 11am. Geraldine is also a trained pilates teacher and so will offer some gentle stretches during the walk.
Wear sensible shoes and clothes suitable for the weather. Please bring a water bottle.
