Enfield Chase Tree Care

July 7 @ 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

Trees for Rivers

Join us as part of Enfield Council’s Restoration of Enfield Chase project to help create one of London’s newest woodlands.

Over the winter we planted 50,000 trees, and now we need to provide after-care to ensure the best survival rate. For this event we’ll be doing a survey of the trees to see how well they survived that very dry April.

We’ll be meeting at a field by Ferny Hill (https://goo.gl/maps/WFtThoFGiUS6RXgN9). There are laybys on the road next to the field, but if there’s no space the nearest parking is Trent Park north carpark (https://goo.gl/maps/RNXsY15pDdvKZLMs6 – the entrance is where Ferny Hill changes name to Hadley Road). We’ll be carrying on with the survival audit.

Meet at 10am, and we’ll finish at 3pm. Please bring a lunch and refreshment.

Please can each person volunteering complete the registration form below.

We kindly ask all corporate group bookings to contact corporate-volunteering@thames21.org.uk
