Get active and walking with Lee Valley Regional Park Authority. This walk in the park will lead you round the tranquil lakes and rivers of the River Lee Country Park identifying and exploring the delights around Fishers Green in celebration London Rivers Week (led by Thames21).
The lakes, reed beds and grasslands of Fishers Green are an excellent place in which to start to explore the 1,000 acre River Lee Country Park. Our work for wildlife here means as well as a pleasant and relaxing walk, you might see a host of wildlife spectacles that use this special place. This summer walk will have plenty of wildlife to see so look out for Kingfishers, Herons and duck. You will also have the opportunity to drop into the Wildlife Discovery Centre learn more about our fantastic wildlife that calls our park home.
