London Rivers Week 2025: London Sports Trust Paddle and Pick – SOLD OUT

In honour of London River Week 2025, join London Sports Trust in a Thames FREE waterway clean up from the comfort of a kayak! Are you both passionate about the environment and interested in kayaking on the Thames to celebrate London River Week? Look no further than the ‘London Sports Trust Paddle and Pick’! Join them at the distinguished Fulham Reach Boat Club for a one-hour session where you will be equipped with litter picker in one hand and paddle in the other in the hopes of creating a cleaner local waterway on our scenic stretch of the tidal Thames. This is a FREE event that involves getting into the water.

Booking is open on a first come first served basis with 12 available slots for each 1hr session. So, book now to avoid disappointment!

Please note that this event is independent of Thames21 and all participants must fill the relevant waiver forms attached on the booking forms via the London Sports Trust links below.  Please view disclaimer notices on these forms.

A specific health and safety briefing will be given at the start of the event.

Please arrive promptly for your session so you can take part in the safety briefing. Health and safety notices are also included in the disclaimer on the waiver forms.

All participants must wear Bouyancy Aids on the water and receive an induction/safety briefing delivered by London Sports Trust Coaches Prior to the Session.

Open to all ages 11+. However, U18s must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Your child must be able to swim 10meters canal/25 meters and be of reasonable health.
