Tree Care, Restoration of Enfield Chase

May 18 @ 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

Trees for Rivers

Join us as part of Enfield Council’s Restoration of Enfield Chase project to help create one of London’s newest woodlands.

For this session we’ll be doing vegetation surveys which will help us understand the biodiversity in the area, and how that’s changing with the new trees.

We’ll be meeting at a field near to where we’ll be doing the work: https://goo.gl/maps/sWSnGWcqN7vmXGVq9 – there are laybys on Ferny Hill, or if they’re full then the nearest parking is the Trent Park north car park

Please arrive at 10am and we’ll finish at 3pm.

Gloves, tools, and tea, coffee and biscuits provided but please wear sturdy outdoor shoes/boots, and bring your own lunch and drinking water.

Please dress appropriately for the weather – many sites are very open to the elements.

If you have any questions then please email trees@thames21.org.uk, and for all corporate group bookings to contact corporate-volunteering@thames21.org.uk
