SUMMARY:London Rivers Week 2026: Enriching Elmbridge Meadows Celebration
DESCRIPTION:Join South East Rivers Trust (SERT) for a free\, fun\, family-friendly afternoon in Elmbridge Meadows as part of London Rivers Week to connect with the local river\, learn more about what lives there and get creative. \n\n\n\n\nJoin us:\nTo celebrate the Enriching Elmbridge Meadows project\, we are hosting a celebration event full of nature-inspired arts & crafts and a short guided walk of the river. \nThese are family friendly\, for young people aged 6 years old and up. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. \nYounger children can attend\, however all activities may not be age appropriate. \nWhat you’ll do: \n\nCreate a mini mosaic led by the wonderful Swallow Mosaics (please note that these are limited and it’s first come\, first served!)\nRiver themed scavenger hunt\nNature art\nA guided walk 1pm – 2pm (please book the appropriate ticket)\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat you need to know\n🕒 When: Saturday\, May 23rd. 12pm – 3pm \n📍Where to meet: Elmbridge Meadows Open Space – Find us near the entrance to Rose Walk and look out for our South East Rivers Trust flags \n\nGoogle Maps HERE\nwhat3words ///margin.ticket.drop\n\n👉 Booking is essential\, register here.\n⏰ Booking closes at 11:30pm\, May 21st. \nWhat do you need to bring? \n\nWater bottle (filled up!)\nWarm\, weather appropriate clothing\nWear comfortable shoes and clothes you don’t mind getting a bit dirty\n\nAccessibility: Activities will take us off-paths and working on the ground. Some areas may be muddy.
