DESCRIPTION:Join Thames Landscape Strategy for an enchanting spring evening exploring the secret world of bats in the beautiful grounds of Home Park at Hampton Court as part of London Rivers Week. \n\n\n\n\nAs dusk settles\, we’ll take a gentle guided walk to discover the incredible species that emerge at twilight. \nLed by the Thames Landscape Strategy team\, this family‑friendly walk will introduce you to the fascinating behaviour\, ecology\, and conservation of bats. We’ll use handheld bat detectors to listen to their ultrasonic calls and identify different species as they swoop\, forage\, and navigate through the night. \nDate: Tuesday 26th May \nTime: 8:45 pm \nLocation: Meet at the Kingston Gate enterance for Home Park.
