Capture the waterways of London 2012!
Each year, Thames21 hosts a photography competition which aims to get people out and about enjoying their local waterways, while demonstrating their photography skills too.
Last year, Bethan Wilson’s image (left) took out the winning prize for the best depiction of East London’s waterways, combining nature, industry and the changing environment.
This time the Big Waterways Clean Up 2012 is looking for your best images of ‘The waterways of the Olympic host boroughs’!
To give you an idea, think nature, London 2012, sports and people enjoying their rivers and canals.
The winning picture will receive a £50 Amazon voucher, and 15 selected entries will be featured in an exhibition at Millers House Café, from Wednesday 4th July for one month.
Enter your image by 30th June!
This photography competition aims to be open to all people and all photography styles. You can email your hi-res image, or post your image to our Bow Lock offices:
