River Action Day

Join us for free our Action for Silk Stream monthly volunteering days.
Please book here: Action for Silk Stream River Action Day – Thames21 Limited
We will be in Barnet
Activities include balsam bashing and litter picking.
Balsam is an invasive plant that we don’t want to see growing along our riverbanks. The best and easiest way to remove it is by pulling it out by hand. It’s easy to spot and easy to pull out. We guarantee that by the end of the day, you will be an expert in this activity!! No previous experience necessary!
Where to meet:
TBC but somewhere in Barnet!

Nearest tube: Burnt Oak (northern line)
