Action for Silk Stream – River Action Day – The Meads, Edgware

November 28 @ 11:00 am - 3:00 pm

Join us for our Action for Silk Stream monthly volunteering days. They will be held on the last Thursday of each month.

We will be litter picking along the river bank and in the river too! If you love tidying up in the outdoors, then this day is for you! Come along, get a pair of wellies on and join in the fun! No previous experience necessary.

Where to meet:

The Meads Open Space, Edgware. Meet by the Dryfield Road/The Meads junction.

What to Bring:

Dress for the weather and the task – long trousers and sleeves are advisable as there are nettles and brambles.

Please bring a packed lunch and plenty of fluids.

We will bring tea/coffee and biscuits.

We will provide all other equipment (including wellies) needed for the event and we look forward to welcoming you!
