Action for Silk Stream – Signs of Spring Guided Walk

Join us for a guided nature walk, looking out for the first signs of Spring. Discover early buds, birdsong, and spring wildlife on a relaxed walk along the Silk Stream. A great chance to enjoy nature as the season begins to change!

We will start at Simmonds Mead Open Space, Edgware, NW7 4JH. This is a small green space, with a stream running through the middle. Meet near the bridge in the centre of the green.

We will walk along the trail, through Lyndhurst Park, the Meads Open Space, Watling Park, Silk Stream Park and end in Montrose Playing Fields. There is a Cafe in Montrose Playing Fields, where we can stop for a well earned rest.

The terrain is pavements and paths. Wear boots or trainers and dress appropriately for the weather!
