London Rivers Week inspires nature-loving photography

London Rivers Week has inspired some stunning photography by marine biologist and wildlife filmmaker Matt Haworth. 

His incredible pictures have captured some of the wildlife you are most likely to see close to London’s rewilded rivers this summer.

These images show how he has reconnected to rivers in the capital’s heavily urbanised city.

So will you follow his lead to get out and enjoy the nature that rivers – the heartbeat of our city – have to offer?

Check out our London Rivers Week events, from June 23 to July 1 and come along to our amazing line-up of family-friendly events. These range from walks and talks to films and seminars, starting with our launch event at river restoration site Ladywell Fields on Sunday June 24 from 12-3pm.
