Action for Silk Stream – Great British Spring Clean on The Meads

Join us litter-picking on The Meads Open Space, as part of Keep Britain Tidy’s nationwide Great British Spring Clean campaign
We will be clearing out litter and fly-tipping from 10AM to 1PM on the Meads Open Space, along the course of the Burnt Oak Brook
OPEN EVENT-BOOKING NOT ESSENTIAL: Stay for the whole session, or drop-by for half-an-hour. Every single bag collected makes a difference: for wildlife, for water and for our community

What to Bring:
Dress for the weather and the task – sturdy boots or trainers, waterproof jacket, long trousers and sleeves are advisable as there are nettles and brambles.
We will provide litter-picking equipment (including gloves, litter-picks and bags, hi-vis vests).
