London Rivers Week 2026: Deptford Creek Bird Survey
Join Creekside Discovery Centre for a FREE guided bird survey along Deptford Creek and help record the birdlife that calls this unique urban waterway home.
We’ll meet at Creekside Discovery Centre before walking along the southern end of the Creek, surveying from the land as we make our way north towards where the Creek meets the Thames.
Whether you’re an experienced birdwatcher or completely new to bird surveys, this is a friendly, relaxed way to get outdoors, learn new skills and discover wildlife right on your doorstep.
