Welcome to the new ‘London’ Lea Catchment Partnership page.
The London Lea represents the lower reaches of the River Lea extending from the M25 to its tidal section and confluence with the River Thames in the heart of London’s iconic docklands. This unique CaBA catchment includes the main River Lea and Lee Navigation, passing through the London Olympics site at Queen Elizabeth Park; also its many tributary catchments: the Salmons Brook, Moselle Brook, Turkey Brook and Ching Brook to name a few.
The London Lea Catchment Plan is the working document for the catchment partnership, that sets out wide range of objectives to improve the river for wildlife and for local people. It is currently being updated and a new version for 2020 will be available soon.
This page is currently under construction, so please come back soon to find out more.
